Twinsie Tuesday Hyped up Polish

Welcome to Twinsie Tuesday!

This week's swatch is a 'hyped up' polish that you were disappointed by. I don't actually own a polish like that. So I decided to do the hyped up part, without the disappointment! Because I really looove this new polish of mine!

It's Joe 'Starry', and although it's hard to see the rainbow in the pics, it is my first holo polish. I still don't own a strong holo, but this is as close as I've gotten, and I lah-ove it!
