Mr Bush says when his time in office is up, he will be only 62 and "really young". Apart from the joy of getting bored, he is looking forward to setting up a "fantastic freedom institute in Dallas" for young democratic leaders around the world.For some reason this strikes me as a place not unlike the Natural History Museum where you can go to see things that have long gone extinct.
